This report is a copy of ig5004.pl. The only difference is that this report also outputs the NOTE field in the orderline. It also outputs a tab-delimited file. Selection criteria includes fund, fundcycle, funding, orderline, order, title, call number, and copy. The first record in the file shows the fields and their order in the tab-delimited file:

NOTE: When formatting this report in Finished Reports change the page width to at least 500 to allow all fields in record to be on one line.
