DESCRIPTION

  Program is a copy of List Unauthorized Tags (unauthlst) with the addition of a search box. 
  Search term and entry id  must be entered. Entry id entered cannot be "All".
  If you do not want to use a search term, use the delivered report.
  INPUT: Search box, entry ids, title, call number
  OUTPUT: same as delivered report
