North American Title Count
Counts items within call number ranges (not titles) for LC, LCPER. The call number ranges used are the same ones in sc1014.pl.
INPUT: title, call number, copy selections
OUTPUT:tab-delimited file for spreadsheet which includes line number, subject area, NATC line number, call number range, number of items per call number range.

Accepts as standard input a pipe-delimited file containing
catkeys and shelving keys. The file must be sorted by catkey.
Modified by Dale Poulter --Vanderbilt University for 2001 count.
Strips duplicate catkeys, increments the appropriate range counter for
each call number, and writes the totals to standard output.
This report does not count Dewey. There is a report that counts Dewey
but nobody has requested it yet.
This report counts items only LC,LCPER class schemes for all libraries.
